Instructional designer · Learning experience builder
Learning that helps people act with confidence.
I transform expert knowledge, complex systems, and high-stakes decisions into clear experiences people can understand, practice, and use.
Selected experiences
Work that lets learners do the thinking.
Explore simulations, microlearning, compliance, AI literacy, and workplace learning designed around meaningful choices.
AI Literacy & Responsible Use
A practical learning experience that helps employees recognize useful, safe, and responsible applications of AI.

Project briefs
Behind two builds in progress.
Patient De-escalation Scenario
A branching scenario that puts learners inside a tense patient interaction and asks them to choose what to say next. Each path models the consequences of tone, timing, and body language, with tracked scoring and coaching feedback that connects choices to patient dignity and staff safety.

HIPAA Basics Interactive Lesson
A focused lesson that translates HIPAA policy language into the everyday decisions employees actually face: what to say at the front desk, what to leave out of an email, and when to escalate. Knowledge checks use realistic gray-area situations rather than definition recall.

How I design
Start with the moment that matters.
I work backward from the real decision or behavior—not forward from a pile of source material.
- 01Find the performance gap
Separate what people need to know from what they need to do.
- 02Design meaningful practice
Build realistic choices, feedback, and safe opportunities to improve.
- 03Make clarity visible
Use structure, language, interaction, and visual hierarchy to reduce friction.
- 04Measure what changed
Connect the experience to confidence, adoption, quality, or performance.
Standards & process
Thoughtful work behind the screen.
Keyboard, contrast, readable structure, clear feedback, and repeatable review.
A practical workflow for extracting knowledge without burying the learner.
Audience analysis, relevant context, cognitive load, and respectful language.
Prototype early, test the hard moments, and improve from evidence.
A role where learning matters?
